Sponsors Wanted!

Sponsorships range from $500-$250 and include up to $100 towards your table registration. All sponsorships will include their company name on promotional material, logo on the website, verbal and signage recognition at the event. Once you have completed your sponsorship registration, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your table discount code and a link to register for your table. Vendors Wanted!

Registration is open to current 2017 Supplier Members without an outstanding balance. Non-members are welcome to exhibit with an acquired prorated membership to BRAA. Prime Tables (near food and bars) are $450 and Regular Tables are $350. Your registration includes a 6’ table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, and 2 vendor tickets. A $50 non-refundable reservation fee is included in the cost of the table. Additional vendor tickets may be added for $10 each and drink tickets are available for $7 each. continues as the largest, most significant event of the year! BRAA’s annual Trade Show provides supplier members with a prime opportunity to show off their products and services. This is one of the best opportunities you will have to come face-to-face with the decision makers. It’s an event you DON’T want to miss!

Take advantage of displaying a door prize at your booth. Each P&S members will be allowed to personally announce and distribute door prizes to your winner. This year’s theme is “GLEAUX PINK.” Win $100 off next year’s booth in our “Best in Booth” contest! Judging will be based on displaying of products, originality, creates attention, and special use of signs or themes.

Registration is open to current 2016 Products & Service members. You must have no outstanding balances in order to exhibit at this year’s show. Non-Members are welcome to exhibit with an acquired prorated membership to the BRAA.

Booth spaces are 10’ X 6’ and come with an 8’ covered table and two chairs. Admission for 2 representatives (4 for double booth) included with registration.

Additional representatives may be added for $10 each. Electricity this year will be $40. Please indicate on the registration form if electricity is needed.

Booth choices this year will be held the in order of Registration Forms received. A diagram of booth choice will be sent at a later date and posted on the BRAA website. Your booth is not confirmed until it’s paid for in full. Exhibitors MUST send in Agreement Form to reserve your space.


The Renaissance Hotel rules are that no outside alcoholic beverages may be distributed at the Trade Show booths. Violations will be addressed by the Renaissance Hotel Security.

BRAA May Membership Meeting & Fish Fry Luncheon

About the Louisiana Attorney General’s Equal Opportunity Section:
The Equal Opportunity Section is responsible for the administration and enforcement of the Louisiana Equal Housing Opportunity Act, including the investigation, conciliation, and judicial enforcement of fair housing claims. Staff personnel, in compliance with federal law, review reports of discrimination in housing based on an individual’s race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability, or familial status. The section also provides information to Louisiana citizens, builders, developers, owners, buyers and renters on their responsibilities and rights regarding the renting and/or purchase of dwellings under the Louisiana Equal Housing Opportunity Act and the federal Fair Housing Act.
