Baton Rouge Apartment Association Installs New Directors, Honors Peers

Recently the Baton Rouge Apartment Association, a Baton Rouge-based trade association representing owners, developers, investors, managers and employees of apartment communities and vendors who provide products and services to the industry, recognized members who have exemplified the high principles of the BRAA and its professional goals. The awards are presented annually for the recipient’s work that year.

The 2016 recipients were:

Brandi Parrish, Oakleigh Apartments, Sales Team Member of the Year
Eric Stacey, AC Lewis, Maintenance Person of the Year
Ashely Brown, Lakeside Villas, Service Team Member of the Year
Debbie Landry, Rent Path, Supplier of the Year
Nia Bookter, Latitude 30, Manager of the Year, Less Than 150 Units
Lynelle Smith, Ivy Park Apartments, Manager of the Year, More than 150 Units

The awards ceremony was held in conjunction with the installation of the 2017 BRAA Board President, Chandra Giambrone, December 7, 2016 at De La Ronde Hall in Baton Rouge. Apartment Association of Louisiana President Melissa Ardoin swore in the executive team and directors.

Other members of the board of directors return to serve the second of their two year terms in 2016. Those members are:
